AutoICD API is a subscription-based API service billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • The Service was materially unavailable or not functioning as described during the refund request period.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge or billing after cancellation).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with coding results, as output quality depends on input text and AutoICD API does not guarantee specific coding accuracy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the support channels available in your dashboard. Please include your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for AutoICD API. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Free Tier

The free tier of AutoICD API does not involve any charges. Since no payment is collected, no refund applies to free tier usage.
